Our Graduate Students Make Presentations about Their Theises in Online Meetings

Our event named "Yoldaki Bilim Tarihi" which was hosted by Asst. Prof. Orhan Güneş started with the presentation of Muzaffer Gül who is the first graduate of the graduate program of our department, on the thesis titled "Science and Power: The Case of the Manhattan Project" on  November 05, 2020. Our student examined what kind of reflections the science-power alliance had on social life and historical processes in the twentieth century and exemplified the relations between science and power in the context of Manhattan Project. We would like to thank for his contributions and wish him success in his doctoral studies, which he is currently continuing in our department. The event will be continued with our another student Zeki Sezer Güngör's presentation named "Abdulkadir b. Ali el-Sahavi'nin Muhtasar fi İlm el- Hisab Adlı Matematik Eserinin Tahkik, Tercüme ve Değerlendirilmesi"
